Alpheaus is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management and has a Master of Business Administration from Walden University. He is certified in Change Management, and has over 20 years in Diversity and Inclusion training and leadership coaching. Alpheaus has worked as a leader in a Fortune 50 company for approximately 30 years and is passionate around helping people discover their full potential through personal growth and acceptance.
